This would be a great timer for power-naps. It vibrates so you could use it to wake you. I could have used on of these when I used to commute 3+ hours to work every day. I would often stop on the way home at a rest stop and take a quick nap so as to not fall asleep at the weheel. I got pretty good at waking up on my own after 30 minutes but this thing would have been great.
