Rolling Ball Clocks

Stuart's Rolling Ball Clock Page

A neat fan page for those clocks that have the little steel balls to tell time. Neat. I wonder how hard it would be to build one scaled up for billiard balls. Heh. Make it out of materials that could handle the outdoors and make it solar powered. Need to file that away as a possible project.

Thunderstorm in a box

The Wasteland of the Mind: Thunderstorm in a Box

This project uses a color organ to drive a lamp or other light source when you play a thunderstorm as the sound cue. This would be cooler if you could figure out a way to have the lamp flashes preceed the thunder by a few seconds like a real storm. Need to consider one of these for halloween.
