Beautiful Leather Moleskine Notebook Covers

a.b. sutton - Moleskine - Pocket Notebook Cover

This site has beautiful leather moleskine notebook covers with silk linings. Take a battered old moleskine you carry everywhere and give it a new face. A little pricey but since it's removeable you can transfer it to a new notebook after you fill the current one so it really has some long term utility. You can get an optional pencil slide and there are a few optional decorative touches (like a monogram) also available. If you are never without your moleskine this would be a good gift or self-purchase.

Ow! Circular Saw Blunders in 3-D

Finkbuilt ? Blog Archive ? Circular Saw Blunders in 3-D
Finkbuilt has an entry about PopSci doing a piece on how not to use a circular saw way back in August 1953. And they emphasized the danger by putting all the images in 3-D. Nifty.

New toys and some info

Well here's the scoop.
I finally got upgraded to the newest version of Movable Type. We are still working all the bugs out though.
As far as my not posting much lately. Things have been in flux, keeping me from having the time to post and my office blocked my server so I can't even access the site from work, let alone post anything.
I will try to get back to posting here on a regular basis. So if anyone is reading this, please bear with me as I get my technical difficulties and personal issues all worked out.
Thanks!

The Naked Sun

by Isaac Asimov
An interesting mystery set in two futuristic societies, one underground and one on a sparsly populated alien planet. The protagonists are a detective with almost crippling agoraphobia and his robot sidekick. I found the comparision of the taboos and hang-ups of the two societies to be the most interesting part of the story. A good read if you are a fan of Asimov.
